The Unexpected Power of Automatic Colour Correction

I originally created AI Image Fix for its AI features. The traditional, non-AI tools were added later as a convenience, simply so I would not have to keep switching between different apps.

What surprised me is how useful the automatic colour operations have become.

In the past, I rarely adjusted the colour of photographs in Photoshop. Occasionally I would use levels to change the brightness, but that was about it. At the time, I thought that was all I needed.

The Auto Gamma, Auto Level, Normalise and White Balance functions were almost a free and easy bonus when I developed the app, as they are part of the ImageMagick library that AI Image Fix uses. Once I started trying them, I discovered a whole new world of quick and easy ways to improve my photographs.

Here are some examples.
